Fees

The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) does not cover treatment with private psychologists. The fee is $200.00 per session (50 minutes). Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, debit, credit, or by e-transfer.

If you have an insurance plan through your employer (or through a spouse’s or parent’s employer), you may be entitled to reimbursement. If you are a full-time student at Western University you can contact Services for Students with Disabilities (519-661-2147), and if you are a full-time student at Fanshawe College you can contact Counselling & Accessibility Services (519-452-4282) to learn about the coverage you have.

There is no cancellation fee for a missed appointment – I understand that situations can arise that may occasionally cause a need to reschedule an appointment.

Privacy Policy

Ensuring the privacy of personal information is an essential principle guiding my work. Psychologists are bound by professional standards and by legislation to maintain confidentiality. Client information is not released to anyone without your permission, except as required by law in Ontario. I will discuss privacy with you at the first appointment and will answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding confidentiality and its limits.
